Picture day for leagues and schools, at no cost to you

Team photos, individual portraits, and game action for recreation associations, travel programs, and high schools in North Georgia. Families order online, and 5% of every order goes back to your program.

Picture day, handled

Fast for the kids, impressive for the parents, and nothing for your board to run.

  1. A low-hassle picture day

Your priority is getting kids back to practice or their games, so picture day runs on a schedule. With PhotoDay, there are no paper forms, no cash to collect, and no chasing down volunteers, and we build the schedule together beforehand so downtime stays low.

  2. Magazine-quality portraits

Not “line ’em up and snap ’em quick.” I bring a multi-light commercial setup with professional off-camera strobes to your field or gym, so athletes get dramatic, high-impact portraits instead of flat sun-and-flash photos.

  3. Nothing for your board to run

I handle the scheduling, the money, and the parent questions. Families see their photos in online galleries and order prints, 6-foot vinyl banners, memory mates, or digital downloads directly from me. No checks, no paper order forms.

Teams and individuals, on time and on your fields, with the lights set up for you.

  4. Families order online

Galleries go live and parents order prints and downloads directly.

Questions boards ask

Does this really cost the league nothing?

Yes. Families pay for the photos they order. The league pays nothing and receives 5% of orders.

How long does picture day take?

It depends on your roster size and the field or gym. We build a team-by-team schedule together beforehand so the day stays organized and downtime stays low, and I will give you a realistic time estimate once I know your numbers.

What does the league need to do?

Pick a date, confirm the team schedule, and forward one message to coaches. I handle the shoot, ordering, and delivery.

Do volunteers handle money or order forms?

No. All ordering is online, so there is no cash, no paper, and nothing to collect or sort.

What lighting do you use?

A multi-light commercial setup with professional off-camera strobes, brought to your field or gym. Portraits have more depth and impact than natural light or on-camera flash.

What can families order?

Prints, digital downloads, 6-foot vinyl banners, memory mates, and other custom products, all through online galleries.

Which sports and ages do you photograph?

Youth recreation through high school varsity, across baseball, softball, soccer, football, lacrosse, basketball, and more.

What happens if picture day gets rained out?

We pick a makeup date together and update the schedule for coaches.

Can you also cover games and tournaments?

Yes. Action galleries can be added for games, tournaments, and showcases, and families can order from them online.
